Payment Terms:
Full payment 7 days after registration.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation before 17. May 2024 we will refund 50% of the total cost.

Should there be a waiting list and someone takes the space we will only charge an admin fee of CHF 50.00.

In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.

Disclaimer:
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program depending on the weather and the number of participants.

Each participant bears full responsibility for their own actions. We are only Liability in the event of intent or gross negligence. Otherwise liability claims are excluded. The applies in particular to accidents, physical injuries and theft of any kind.

No matter whether physical or mental Illnesses or injuries must be reported to the retreat leader before the retreat begins.

Any injuries that occur during the retreat must be reported to the retreat leader immediately.

Retreats do not replace medical treatment or therapy. They are not intended to replace any existing or required medical treatment, but as a supplement to that treatment.
We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance when taking part in a retreat.

Photos & Videos:
When you book retreats and events with us, you agree that your photos and videos may be used for Marketing purposes.

We use photos of events and retreats on our website, in our newsletter, on Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels where participants can be identified.

If you don’t agree you must inform the organizer about the use of your photos before the start of the retreat.

If sharing personal photos is against a person’s wishes, we will remove this person and his/her image/s from the respective digital channels.

Claims cannot be asserted.
