A body-alchemy elemental practice of yoga asanas (poses) focusing on different areas of the body in representation of the five nature’s elements and their significant presence in the human body. The Pancha Bhuta elements of nature are earth, air, water, fire, and ether.

Hippocrates ( c. 460 – c. 370 BC) in describing the human body with an association with the four humours: yellow bile (fire), black bile (earth), blood (air) and phlegm (water).

Yoga and Mindfulness Coach, Reiki & Sound Vibrational Healer

Yoga is a personal practice that very much mirrors the journey within. Zsa Zsa’s goal is to support intention-setting and mindfulness practices that promote emotional and physical health equilibrium. Trained in hatha, yogic philosophy, and science, Zsa Zsa aspires to share the wisdom and teachings of nature through the practice of elemental yoga. Zsa Zsa is an advocate of mental wellness and a life coach. She is a Reiki and sound vibrational healing practitioner and believes in the ability to self-heal.

 The concept of her teaching was acquired from my most recent training in zero-resistance yoga. A therapeutic form of yoga practice, developed by Dr. Kumar ALV of Traditional Yoga, India. After many years of practicing different styles of yoga (hatha, ashtanga, and yin), she came to the realisation that she adores all styles of yoga. While each method has advantages of its own, there was a period when she became overly attached to a particular style that was conflicting with the teachings of Vairagya (attachment). Her hips and hamstrings were tight, and tension was building up in her upper body. In search of balance in my own practice other than teaching yoga since 2019, Zsa Zsa’s personal connection with nature has now inspired her to develop Element Flow alongside Dr. Andrew Tan from a scientific and medical point of view.

 Her current delivery of Element Flow to my current students in Malaysia, Switzerland, the US, Japan, and Canada has helped her observe the transformations in her students physically and emotionally. The philosophy behind Element Flow is to create a personal practice style to suit all body types, steering away notions of only physical competency and flexibility.

Andrew is a multifaceted professional dedicated to promoting holistic well-being. I am a certified yoga instructor with a 500-hour certification from Traditional Yoga India (RYIT 500 Hours). Guiding individuals towards physical and mental balance through mindful movement and breathwork. Complementing his yoga practice, he is also a sound healer, using vibrational frequencies to promote relaxation and inner peace.

In addition to his expertise in yoga and sound healing, Andrew is a certified instructor in Pastel Nagomi Art, both at the basic and advanced levels. This gentle art form fosters emotional healing and self-expression through fingers and pastel colour. He is also a Certified Zentangle Teacher, teaching this meditative drawing method that enhances relaxation and creativity.

Moreover, he offers tarot readings and astrological insights, providing guidance and clarity through the ancient wisdom of the cards and stars. With a foundation as a medical doctor, Andrew aspires to integrate a deep understanding of health and wellness into his holistic practice. Andrew’s diverse skill set allows him to approach well-being from multiple angles, offering a comprehensive and integrative path to health and harmony.
