Ether

Vibrational Sound Healing

The attributes of each element and its respective intentions in navigating the cyclical nature of our physical and emotional states. As for the element of ether, which is one of the hardest practices to master, it is applied through sound vibration frequency. Sound Vibrational healing helps the body to enter the meditative state, especially for beginners in meditation, to further guide the mind and body into a deep, relaxed state towards Dharana.
